Step 1
Season the chicken as desired. Sprinkle with the cumin.

Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides.

Pour 1 cup salsa over the chicken. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked though. Serve with the remaining salsa.
Chicken with Peach Mango Salsa
I seasoned the chicken with ground cumin and placed in crock pot with a 1/4 cup of chicken broth. Poured one cup of salsa on top and cooked on low all day. Shredded the chicken and had salsa mixed in, served in tortillas for chicken tacos.
The flavor was amazing. I had it with homemade spanish rice and refried beans with authentic Mexican white cheese dip on top of the rice. It was a great meal. I hope to make it soon for my girlfriend.
