Chili Corn Chip Bake

Layered corn chips, onion, spicy chili and Cheddar cheese are baked until hot and bubbling. The result is a delectable casserole that’s guaranteed to please.

  • 2 1/2 cups corn chips
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese or Mexican blend cheese (about 4 ounces)
  • 1 can (19 ounces) Campbell's® Chunky™ Firehouse - Hot & Spicy Beef & Bean Chili
  • 1/2 cup sour cream


  • Step 1

    Set the oven to 350°F.

  • Step 2

    While the oven is heating, layer half the corn chips, the onion and half the cheese in a 9-inch pie plate.  Spoon the chili over the cheese.  Layer with the remaining corn chips and cheese.

  • Step 3

    Bake for 20 minutes or until the mixture is hot.  Serve with the sour cream, if desired.
