Super easy, make ahead
I draun sausage & blot pan with paper towel (gets rid of more greasw without getting rid of brown bits) Very versatile. Thinking ahead of playing in the snow. Soup, meatball sand. & sausage & pepper sand. Kids, teens & adults come in eat and go back out. Easy clean-up so I can join them. Only thing I did different was use a no meat sauce.
