Sweet & Spicy Mango PorkIngredients You’ll Need
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
Add pork [or chicken] and cook until browned. If adding vegetables, remove pork [or chicken] from skillet. Add vegetables and cook until tender-crisp. Return pork [or chicken] to skillet.
Stir in sauce and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until pork [or chicken] is cooked through.
Follow the package directions, but make a simple swap or improvise with your favorite proteins, starches and veggies.
1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1 lb shrimp
1 lb salmon
1 lb frozen fully-cooked ½-ounce turkey meatballs
