Fruit & Granola-Topped Green Smoothie Bowl


If you’re looking for a delicious way to eat more veggies and fruit, these smoothie bowls are the way to go. With a sweet and savory base made with yogurt, oats, avocado and a juice made from a medley of vegetables and fruit, you can eat one for breakfast or lunch. Forget the straw, grab a spoon and dig in.

Peach Mango & Vanilla Overnight Oats

Prep: 10 minutesMakes: 2 servings (about 1 ¼ cups each)

  • 1 cup V8® Veggie Blends Healthy Greens Juice Blend, chilled
  • 1 cup Dannon® All Natural Plain Nonfat Yogurt
  • 1 small avocado, pitted and peeled
  • ½ cup drained canned pineapple tidbits in juice
  • ⅓ cup uncooked old fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons granola
  • 2 teaspoon honey
  1. 1Add the juice blend, yogurt, avocado, pineapple and oats to a blender. Cover and blend until the mixture is smooth.
  2. 2Divide the mixture between two serving bowls. Top with the raspberries and granola. Drizzle with the honey.
