Heat the broth, brown sugar, cinnamon, cranberries and orange in a 2-quart saucepan over high heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cook for 10 minutes or until the mixture thickens. Refrigerate until serving time.

This was simply DELICIOUS! I will be making this dish again! I used a more oranges than the recipe called for. I loved this! I agree with the person who wrote that she was unsure how the chicken broth would taste. I thought the same thing when I first read the recipe. But it was so good! I peeled my oranges first! The recipe wasn't specific with that, and one person commented about that. Two thumbs up for this recipe!:)

Orange Cranberry Sauce
I have never liked cranberry anything, but my Thanksgiving guests requested some type of cranberry side to include in our dinner. I made this recipe with two small oranges, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes longer than recommended. It was a hit, and I even liked it!
