Ingredients

  • 4 cups Swanson® Ramen Chicken Broth
  • 8 ounces frozen chicken and vegetable dumplings or wontons
  • 2 cups sliced baby bok choy or napa cabbage (4 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onion (scallion)

Instructions

  • Tips

    • Tip: Use your favorite frozen dumpling or wonton. Frozen dumplings and wontons are readily available in the freezer section of the supermarkets. Dumplings can have various fillings and thicker wrappers, often with fillings like meat, seafood, or vegetable. Wontons typically have thinner, silkier wrappers and are usually filled with minced meat.
  • Step 1

Heat broth to a boil in 4-quart saucepan over medium-high heat. Carefully add the wontons and cook 4 minutes.

  • Step 2

Add bok choy and cook additional 4 minutes until dumplings float and bok choy is tender. Serve garnished with scallions. Serve with soy sauce, if desired.
