Ingredients

  • 4 cups Swanson® Ramen Chicken Broth
  • 2 packages (about 3 ounces each) instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 2 jammy cooked egg, halved and/or shredded cooked chicken, sliced baby bok choy, shredded carrots, sliced red bell peppers, thinly sliced mushrooms, thinly sliced jalapeños and chopped cilantro (optional toppings)

Instructions

  • Tips

    • Make perfect "jammy" boiled eggs: Heat water in a saucepan to a boil.  Gently add the eggs and cook for 7 minutes.  While the eggs are cooking, prepare a bowl of ice water.  Remove the eggs and place immediately into the ice water to chill and set.  Peel and cut in half to serve.
  • Step 1

Heat the broth to a boil in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat.  Add the noodles and cook for 3 minutes or until tender.

  • Step 2

Divide the broth and noodles between 4 serving bowls. Top with the jammy eggs and other optional toppings as desired.
