This classic stir-fry is your go-to recipe when you want something flavorful, filling and fresh. It features beef strips and tender-crisp broccoli in a soy and garlic-flavored sauce...what a great way to get them to eat their vegetables!

Step 1
Stir the cornstarch, broth, soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic powder in a small bowl until the mixture is smooth.
Step 2
Stir-fry the beef in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until it's well browned, stirring often. Pour off any fat.
Step 3
Add the broccoli to the skillet and cook for 1 minute. Stir in the cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until the mixture boils and thickens. Serve the beef mixture over the rice.

I thought it was great. Husband liked it too. I used deer meat and added mushrooms. Mmm
Easy, fast, and tasty
This takes no time at all to make and tastes great! Not sure how some reviewers said this was bland when it has 2 tablespoons of soy sauce in it. Loved this dish. Great for the weeknight.
This was okay
Didn't taste much like teriyaki to me. I think next time I'll use bottled teriyaki sauce mixed with the beef broth and cornstarch for a better taste. I used half the beef and vegetables while making all the sauce. I like lots of sauce for my rice. I will make it again though.

this recipe has flavor
This recipe is easy to make and my whole family likes it. This will be a make again. Thanks for the recipe
This recipe has two of my favorite foods, beef and broccoli.
This recipe was so easy to make and I got it done in no time. It tasted great. So much so it's on my shopping list now again. The broccoli was done perfectly. I used brown rice instead of the long grain white rice and also some extra broccoli.
