Chicken & Dill Pickle Dip- why didn't we think of this before? Pickles are great on chicken sandwiches, so why not pickles in a hearty chicken dip? Canned chicken mixes perfectly with the cream cheese, sour cream, pickles and seasonings in this creamy keto-friendly dill pickle dip.  It's a perfect recipe for last minute entertaining because you can keep all of the ingredients on hand and it comes together in only 10 minutes. This Chicken & Dill Pickle Dip recipe goes great with kettle- style potato chips, but you can use your favorite dippers, too.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (12.5 ounces) Swanson® Premium White Chicken Breast in Water, drained
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups chopped dill pickle
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
  • 2 teaspoons seafood seasoning (like Old Bay) or Cajun seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons fresh dill weed or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest (from 1 small lemon)

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Stir the chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, pickles, pickle juice, seasoning, dill and lemon zest in a bowl.  Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl.  Sprinkle with additional chopped pickles, if desired.  Serve with your favorite dippers.
