Heat the broth and Italian seasoning in a 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil.
Stir the rice in the saucepan. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender. Stir in the spinach and cheese. Season to taste. Serve with additional cheese.
I make this alot! Have also cooked Ground Chicken or Turkey and mixed together after the rice is finished. Absolutely love this recipe and it is so easy to make!!! Highly recommend it to anyone!

This was a wonderful way to change up just plain rice. My whole family loved it. Will definately make this again.
I made this exactly as on the recipe the other day and loved it. Tonight I doubled the recipe and added some sauteed ground beef (cooked with salt, pepper, and garlic powder), used 1/2 the amount of Parmesan and added some grated Italian-blend cheese. My family loved it and I plan to make it often!
I love any rice with fresh spinach in it. And this rice with the cheese is fabulous!!!
