This is a very great taste! The flavors are a perfect blend and I added pig tails to it and it was a beautiful meal. 5 star meal... I would recommend it to everyone!

Nothing like jambalaya, similar ingredients, not enough meat, too much rice, too much red pepper.... really disappointed

  • very good, but spicier than I thought!

This turned out good. I cooked the rice separately. Next time I won't use as much cayenne pepper - maybe 1/4 tsp instead of 1/2. It was too spicy for the kids, but my husband and I loved it!

This recipe was spectacular! My husband raved about it and that is not an easy thing for him to do as he is a very good cook himself! I WILL make this again and again.
