Ingredients

  • 2 cans (12.5 ounces each) Swanson® Premium White Chicken Breast in Water, drained
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, amount divided in recipe
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 2 egg
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup Caesar salad dressing

Instructions

  • Tips

    • Recipe can be halved for just one pizza.
  • Step 1

Heat to oven to 400°F.  Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.  Spread the chicken on the baking sheet and break it into smaller pieces with a fork.

  • Step 2

Bake for 10 minutes or until the chicken is dried out.  Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature.  Remove the parchment with the chicken from the baking sheet and place a new piece of parchment on the baking sheet.

  • Step 3

Mix the chicken, mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, crushed red pepper flakes, black pepper, and egg in a bowl.  Place half of the chicken mixture on the left side of the sheet pan and press into an 8-inch circle. Repeat with the remaining chicken mixture on the right side of the sheet pan.

  • Step 4

Bake for 15 minutes or until the crust is lightly browned. Meanwhile, mix the lettuce, dressing and remaining Parmesan cheese in a small bowl and set aside.

  • Step 5

Let the crust cool for 5 minutes. Top the prepared crust with the Caesar salad before serving.
