For Lettuce Wrap Chicken Burgers: Serve the chicken patties between thick slices of iceberg lettuce. Add your favorite burger toppings.
For Spiced Chicken Patties: Stir in 1/2 teaspoon each of smoked paprika, onion powder and garlic powder to the chicken mixture before forming the chicken patties.
For Cajun Chicken Patties: Stir in 2 teaspoons of Cajun seasoning to the chicken mixture before forming the chicken patties.
For Buffalo Chicken Patties: Stir in 4 teaspoons of cayenne pepper sauce (we like Franks® RedHot®) to the chicken mixture before forming the chicken patties.

Heat to oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the chicken into a bowl and break it up into smaller pieces with a fork. Add the cheese and egg and mix well.

Shape the mixture firmly into 4 patties (if the patties fall apart easily, place the patties onto a baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes).
