This chicken salad goes together so quickly you can make it in the morning to take in a small cooler to enjoy a homemade lunch with a friend.


  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 dash ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1 can (4.5 ounces) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained
  • 3 cups mixed salad greens or lettuce


  • Step 1

    Stir the mayonnaise, lemon juice, pepper, celery, onion and chicken in a small bowl. Serve on salad greens.
