Step 1
Heat the oven to 450°F. While the oven is heating, season the chicken as desired. Heat the oil in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until well browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally. Add 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning and the garlic and cook and stir for 1 minute.
Step 2
Place the pizza crust onto a baking sheet. Spread the sauce on the crust to within 1/2-inch of the edge. Layer with the chicken mixture, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and peppers. Sprinkle with the remaining Italian seasoning.
Step 3
Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheeses are melted. Sprinkle with the basil, if desired.
This recipe is great!
I will be making this again.. This recipe was so easy and such a hit.
Gluten free? I don't miss pizza anymore because of this recipe!
This was very good. My sister has to do the gluten free diet so I made this with thin sliced yukon gold potatoes for the crust. Find a gluten free Alfredo sauce or make your own & it's definitely a hit. Season the potato crust for extra flavor. I will definitely make this again & again.
