  • 1 package (7.5 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough (10 biscuits)
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 jar (14.5 ounces) Prego® Homestyle Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese or mozzarella cheese

    • For Creamy Mushroom Burger Bake, stir 1/2 cup leftover cooked mushrooms into the cooked beef mixture before baking.  Or you can use other cooked vegetables, like corn or peas.
    • Ingredient Note: You can also use a 12-ounce package of refrigerated biscuit dough (12 biscuits) in this recipe.
  • Step 1

    Cook the biscuits according to the package directions.

  • Step 2

    Meanwhile, cook the beef in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring often to separate meat.  Pour off any fat.

  • Step 3

    Stir in the sauce, tomato and Worcestershire and heat to a boil.  Reduce the heat to low.  Cook for 5 minutes.  Stir in the cheese.  Arrange the biscuits on the beef mixture. Serve immediately.
