Who needs take out when you can whip up this delicious pasta dish that tastes like it’s from your favorite Italian restaurant. You simply sauté mushrooms and garlic then add our creamy vodka sauce which delivers fabulous flavor for a rich, creamy and delicious meatless meal.
Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, mushrooms and salt and cook until the mushrooms are tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir the sauce in the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot. Add the farfalle and cheese and toss to coat. Season to taste. Sprinkle with the basil.
