Heat the oven to 400°F. While the oven is heating, stir 1 tablespoon oil and panko in a medium bowl.
Place the chicken into a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Drizzle with the remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Add the sauce, broth and rotini to the baking dish and stir to coat. Cover the baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is done and the rotini is tender. Uncover the baking dish. Stir the chicken mixture. Sprinkle with the cheeses and the panko mixture.
Bake for 5 minutes or until the panko mixture is golden brown. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with the basil, if desired.
