Heat the soup, sauce, milk and pasta in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally. Serve with the cheese.

I added some browned ground beef with chopped onion as well as a half a can of tomato soup to the mixture.
Tomato Mac and Cheese
I added a can of Tomato soup to the recipe and hamburger meat for a more complete meal. It was fabulous! Can't wait to make it again!
When my six children were young they loved a version of this recipe: First I fried a little onion, then added ground beef. When cooked I added one can Campbell's Tomato soup and one can Cheddar cheese soup. Mix well. Top with bread crumbs and it is a nourishing, inexpensive, tasty meal (I have used tomato sauce a few times when I didn't have the tomato soup.).
I love it with hamburger and chopped bacon. It's always a fast and easy meal.
