I loved this meatloaf! I added green pepper and carrots to this recipe and it was outstanding. Even my boyfriend loved it and he doesn't like meatloaf. I will definitely make this recipe again.

Italian Stuffed Meatloaf
Did not like the texture at all. It was very mushy and my family would not touch it and they usually eat anything I put down.
I'm not much of a cook, but I've made this a few times already, very easy to make, and my husband and I love this! It is very delicious!!
