No special equipment needed for this white pizza recipe- just your sheet pan and 35 minutes. Shape your pizza crust and top with a layer of creamy Alfredo sauce, then add spinach, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Dollop with ricotta and bake until the crust is crisp, the sauce is bubbly and the cheeses are melted. Hungry yet?

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons yellow cornmeal
  • 1 28-ounce refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 1 cup Prego® Homestyle Alfredo Sauce
  • 2 cups chopped baby spinach
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 8 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

  • Tips

    • Tomatoes and bacon make great additional toppings!  Arrange 1/3 cup crumbled cooked bacon and 2 thinly sliced plum tomatoes on the pizza before baking.
  • Step 1

    Heat the oven to 450°F.  Spray a 15x10x1-inch rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray and sprinkle with the cornmeal.  Place the dough onto a lightly-floured work surface.  Roll or stretch the dough to fit the baking sheet and place on the baking sheet.

  • Step 2

    Spread the sauce on the dough to within 1/2-inch of the edge.  Layer with the spinach, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.  Drop the ricotta by spoonfuls on top.  Sprinkle with the crushed red pepper.

  • Step 3

    Bake for 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the mozzarella cheese is melted.  Let cool for at least 5 minutes before slicing to serve.
