This High Protein Chicken & Cottage Cheese Flatbread is an easy recipe made with just a handful of everyday ingredients. A mixture of cottage cheese, chicken, eggs and seasonings bakes into a savory flatbread that’s sturdy, flavorful and packed with protein. The recipe makes four flatbreads, each with 17 grams of protein. Enjoy them as is, or top with your favorite toppings.
Step 1
Heat to oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the chicken on the baking sheet and break it into smaller pieces with a fork.
Step 2
Bake for 10 minutes or until the chicken is dried out. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature. Remove the parchment with the chicken from the baking sheet and place a new piece of parchment on the baking sheet.
Step 3
Mix the chicken, egg, cottage cheese, onion powder and garlic powder in a bowl. Place the chicken mixture onto the baking sheet and press into a 10-inch rectangle.
Step 4
Bake for 30 minutes or until the wrap is lightly browned. Let stand for 10 minutes. Cut into 4 flatbreads.

Top the prepared flatbread with your favorite toppings.
