All the bright, savory flavors of a classic Chicken Piccata—reimagined as an easy, family-friendly pasta dinner. This weeknight-friendly Chicken Piccata Pasta transforms the classic Italian American dish into a creamy, lemony pasta the whole family will love. Golden, pan-seared chicken is tossed with tender bow tie pasta and our luxuriously creamy Lemon Alfredo Sauce, which marries fresh, bright lemon flavor with rich, velvety cream. Briny capers add a pop of brightness, and a sprinkle of parsley brings it all together. Best of all, this delicious comfort meal comes together in just 30 minutes.
Step 1
Cook and drain the pasta according to package directions. While the pasta is cooking, toss the chicken with the flour and season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Heat a 12-inch skillet over medium heat and add the butter and the oil. Once the butter is melted, add the chicken, being careful not to overcrowd, and cook for 6 minutes or until golden brown, turning occasionally.
Step 3
Remove the chicken and keep warm. Add the wine to skillet, stirring to scrape up the browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute. Add the sauce and capers and bring to a boil over medium heat. Return the chicken and any juices to the skillet and cook for 4 minutes or until the chicken is done.
Step 4
To serve, arrange pasta on serving dish and top with the chicken and sauce. Sprinkle with fresh parsley, if desired.
