Step 1
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned (for better browning- make sure the skillet and oil are hot before adding the chicken).
Step 2
Add the sauce and 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese and stir (just a bit to combine). Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the chicken is done.
Step 3
Sprinkle with the mozzarella and remaining Parmesan cheese (if you like, cover and let stand for 5 minutes to melt the cheese).

Campbells recipes rarely have very much seasoning added to them. I'm not really sure why that is. I seasoned my chicken breasts and drizzled some olive oil over them and then I dredged them in Italian seasoned breadcrumbs. I added seasoning to the spaghetti sauce, and I also sautéed onions and fresh garlic in the skillet before I added the chicken breast to brown. Everything else I did pretty much the same and it was really really good.

Super tender this way
I used Old Bay S & P it had a little heat but not too much for me the sauce helped and it was so juicy and delicious. Pasta and zucchini made it a perfect dinner!

Use regular Shake 'N Bake, Italian season. Follow directions on package.
1/2 - 3/4 of the way through the baking process, spoon Prego sauce over breaded, boneless, skinless chicken halves.
A few minutes prior to finish time, turn oven off and place slices or shredded cheese(s) (your favorite) on top of chicken halves, melt and serve.
Tips: Use Broiler after adding cheese if you prefer your cheese browned such as with pizza.
