Spinach Tortellini Soup
Simple & Fast!
Me and my family enjoyed this simple soup. It was very satisfying and I did not get any negative comments. Will make again!
Fantastic recipe; everyone loved it. My boyfriend rarely likes anything green and leafy, but he asks for this every other week or so. Thanks!
It's also good with a can (28 oz) of stewed tomatoes, that gives it more color and texture. Don't skimp, use real garlic it's worth the trouble. I have also used canned spinach in a pinch (2 cans).
