In just a few minutes, you can make these delicious soft tacos filled with chicken, picante sauce, guacamole and cilantro - they're sure to become a family favorite.


  • 1 jar (16 ounces) Pace® Picante Sauce
  • 3 cups shredded boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked
  • 8 (8-inch) flour tortilla, warmed
  • 1/2 cup guacamole
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves (optional)


  • Tips

    • Time-Saving: Use store-bought rotisserie chicken or refrigerated cooked chicken strips and shred for use in this recipe.
  • Step 1

    Heat the picante sauce and chicken in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring often.

  • Step 2

    Spoon about 1/3 cup chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top with the guacamole, tomatoes and cilantro, if desired. Fold the tortillas around the filling.
