Why Layered Chili Cheese Dip?  Because layering the 7 ingredients instead of mixing them together lets the different flavors and textures shine!  A layer of cream cheese that's smooth and rich, a layer of fresh-tasting salsa, a layer of hearty chili and a layer of shredded Cheddar are baked until hot, then topped with a cool layer of green onion, diced tomato and cilantro.  A baked dip like this is always a hit on game day, and you can never go wrong with chili and cheese!  We love to serve this Layered Chili Cheese Dip with corn tortilla chips for dipping, but you can use your favorite dippers, too!

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa
  • 1 can (19 ounces) Campbell's® Chunky™ Chili with Beans
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese or Mexican blend cheese (about 4 ounces)
  • 2 green onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
