Step 1
Heat the oven to 450°F. Bake the pizza crusts, directly on the oven rack, for 5 minutes. Remove the crusts from the oven and place on a baking sheet.

Cook the beef in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Add the onion, pepper and mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp. Stir in the sauce and cook until hot. Divide the beef mixture in half and spread on each crust. Divide the cheese in half and sprinkle over beef mixture.
