Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 6 breast halves)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 jar (16 ounces) Pace® Picante Sauce
  • 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • 1/2 cup shredded yellow Cheddar cheese (about 2 ounces)

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Place the chicken into a 3-quart shallow baking dish. Season with salt, pepper, cumin and chili powder. Pour the picante sauce over the chicken.

  • Step 2

    Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through (reaching an internal temperature of 165°F).

  • Step 3

    Stir the sauce in the dish and spoon over the chicken. Sprinkle the chicken with the tortilla chips and cheese. Bake until the cheese is melted.
