Stir the soup, salsa and chicken in the skillet. Cook until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbling.
Spoon about 1/3 cup chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla. Fold up the sides of the tortillas around the filling then fold up the ends to enclose the filling.
Very easy and very good
Easy, fast, and good! The kids liked it too. I used various sizes of tortillas to accomodate the sizes of my kiddos and instead of canned chicken I always use a chicken breast or two that I season, cook, and chop. I am making this tonight for the second time in just a couple of weeks!
Easy is an understatement.
Because of my health, some days are hard for me to process a regular recipe. This was so easy. My husband really liked it. He works hard so enjoys a good dinner when he gets home. I appreciated the easy-to-follow directions n the ease of preparation.
Chicken and Bean Burritos
I love bean with bacon soup so I had to try this recipe and was not disappointed. I did put the burritos in a casserole dish and topped with shredded Cheddar cheese and baked them in a 350 oven for 10 minutes. I served them with salsa and sour cream. Everyone in my family liked them except my son but he doesn't like beans so I wasn't surprised.
Recipe was DELICIOUS. I have an aversion to onion, so I omitted it along with the garlic powder. I also used the frozen pre grilled Foster Farms chicken strips that you can get at costco and just heated them up on the George Forman. It only made three good sized burritos though! Consider doubling the recipe.
Very tasty and fast!
