Quick, creative and delicious, these zesty pizzas use flour tortillas for the crust. They're a great solution for busy nights, but they're so good, you'll want to make them all the time.

Chicken Picante Pizzas
Good and easy to make. Used Mexican cheese blend. Will make again.
These were pretty good - just be careful not to overbrown the tortillas. Definitely easy to make but I could have used more counter space - had to use three cookie sheets which took up alot of room. My meat-and-potatoes husband wasn't too fond of them, but the kids really liked them.
I used 4 6 inch tortillas and fat free shredded Monterey Jack Cheese. I scaled the amount of ingredients down for the tortillas. This was yummy.
WW Points Plus = 4.5 per tortilla
More chicken for meat lovers, and more vegetables for color and flavor.
Very easy, very quick and very good. This would be easy to change up the ingredients based on what you have on hand. I will make it again when I am hungry and have little time.
