Want to take your chicken nachos to the next level? This bold, balanced, shortcut “tinga” sauce made from a blend of Pace® Mild Chunky Salsa and Pace® Hot Honey Chipotle Signature Sauce is the dose of heat and sweetness you need to transform leftover cooked chicken and tortilla chips into a fast, flavorful snack you’ll want to make again and again.
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Step 2
Place Pace® Mild Chunky Salsa and Pace® Hot Honey Chipotle Signature Sauce in a mini food processor; process until smooth, about 20 seconds. Transfer to a medium bowl. Add chicken to medium bowl with sauce and toss until evenly coated.
Step 3
Arrange chips in a thin, even layer on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle evenly with half (about 3/4 cup) of the cheese. Arrange chicken evenly over chips and sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup cheese.
Step 4
Bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 6 minutes. Remove from oven, and dollop with sour cream and guacamole; drizzle with Pace® Cilantro Jalapeño Lime Signature Sauce; sprinkle with radishes and cilantro. Serve immediately.
