Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa
  • 2 tablespoons Pace® Signature Sauces Hot Honey Chipotle Sauce
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 cups tortilla chips (about 4 1/2 ounces)
  • 1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese (about 6 ounces), shredded
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup prepared guacamole
  • 1/4 cup Pace® Signature Sauces Cilantro Jalapeño Lime Sauce
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced radishes, 1-2 (about 1 ounce each)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • Tips

    • Line your baking sheet with foil to make cleanup a breeze.
    • Layering the cheese on top of the chips first protects the chips from the moisture in the tinga sauce and helps them stay crispier longer.
    • Sprinkle some diced fresh or pickled red onions on top for extra zing.
  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.

  • Step 2

    Place Pace® Mild Chunky Salsa and Pace® Hot Honey Chipotle Signature Sauce in a mini food processor; process until smooth, about 20 seconds. Transfer to a medium bowl. Add chicken to medium bowl with sauce and toss until evenly coated.

  • Step 3

     Arrange chips in a thin, even layer on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle evenly with half (about 3/4 cup) of the cheese. Arrange chicken evenly over chips and sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup cheese.

  • Step 4

    Bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 6 minutes. Remove from oven, and dollop with sour cream and guacamole; drizzle with Pace® Cilantro Jalapeño Lime Signature Sauce; sprinkle with radishes and cilantro. Serve immediately.
