Step 1
Heat the oven to 425°F. Press the wonton wrappers into 24 (1 1/2-inch) mini muffin-pan cups.
Step 2
Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat. Stir in the taco seasoning mix and 1/4 cup salsa.
Step 3
Spoon the beef mixture into the wonton cups. Top with the remaining salsa and the cheese.
Step 4
Bake for 5 minutes or until the wontons are golden brown and the cheese is melted. Top with the sour cream, if desired.
super fast and easy! and very delicious
LOVE THIS RECIPE! I made them for my dad and step mom and they were a big hit! I definitely recommend this recipe if you are wanting something quick and easy for dinner! I will definitely be making this again!
Super Easy and Fast
I did half puff pastry and wonton wrappers, wife and I liked the pastry. I also decided to use my own taco mixture from my own spices to my liking. With the meat I included diced onions and mushrooms and bacon crumbles. That required a bit more picante sauce. Honestly you could just forget about the picante sauce and use salsa for the whole dish. Next time i will try chicken instead of ground beef. Outstanding recipe. Thank you.
Mini Tacos
Great recipe! Simple to make and awesome flavor! Always get compliments and recipe requests on this one. Great go-to appetizer! Thanks!
This is the best recipe I have had so far for tacos. My family love them so much I make them at least 2 or 3 times a week.
Tasty but needed to bake longer.
