Stir the chicken and picante sauce in a 1-quart saucepan. Heat over low heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring often.

Arrange the lettuce in the taco shells. Top with 1/4 cup chicken mixture, shredded Cheddar cheese and sour cream. Top each with additional additional picante sauce.
