Easy to make and absolutely delish, this appetizer features Texas Toast topped with refried beans, sour cream, chopped green onions and salsa.

Ingredients
- 1 package (9.5 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Mozzarella Monterey Jack Texas Toast, baked according to package directions
- 6 tablespoons refried beans
- 6 tablespoons Pace® Chunky Salsa
- 6 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 medium green onion (scallion), chopped (about 1/4 cup)
Instructions

Step 1
Spread 1 tablespoon refried beans on each toast slice. Bake in the heated 425°F. oven for 2 minutes or until the refried beans are hot.

Step 2
Top the toast slices with the salsa, sour cream and green onion.
