Easy to make and absolutely delish, this appetizer features Texas Toast topped with refried beans, sour cream, chopped green onions and salsa.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (9.5 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Mozzarella Monterey Jack Texas Toast, baked according to package directions
  • 6 tablespoons refried beans
  • 6 tablespoons Pace® Chunky Salsa
  • 6 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 medium green onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Spread 1 tablespoon refried beans on each toast slice. Bake in the heated 425°F. oven for 2 minutes or until the refried beans are hot.

  • Step 2

    Top the toast slices with the salsa, sour cream and green onion.

    I leave out sour cream as don't like. all else are ok
