Season the chicken as desired. Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6 minutes or until well browned on both sides.
Stir the sauce and the Parmesan cheese in the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Sprinkle with the mozzarella and cover to melt.
NO DREADED DREDGING
LOL! This was very easy and tasted pretty much the same as the 3 step dredging of flour, egg, bread crumbs. Also way less carbs. It was very tasty and I have added to my favorites.
