  • 8 ounces uncooked fettuccine pasta
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cups broccoli florets or red bell peppers cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jar (22 ounces) Prego® Homestyle Alfredo Sauce


  • Step 1

    Cook and drain the fettuccine according to the package directions.  While the fettuccine is cooking, season the chicken as desired.  Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat.  Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally.  Remove the chicken from the skillet, cover and keep warm.

  • Step 2

    Reduce the heat to medium.  Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon oil in the skillet.  Add the broccoli and garlic and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Stir in the sauce.  Cook for 5 minutes or until the broccoli is tender, stirring occasionally.

  • Step 3

    Return the chicken to the skillet.  Add the cooked fettuccine and toss to coat.  Season to taste.
