Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 container (8 ounces) sour cream
  • 1 envelope (1 ounce) ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa
  • 9 tablespoons Pace® Signature Sauces Cilantro Jalapeño Lime Sauce, divided
  • 1/2 cup (1 ounce) crushed tortilla chips
  • 1 teaspoon canola oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili-lime seasoning (such as Tajín® Clásico seasoning)
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves

Instructions

  • Tips

    • The dip can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 5 days, without the chip topping.
    • This recipe also makes an excellent topping for grilled chicken, shrimp, or steak.
    • Serving Suggestion: Serve with tortilla chips, mini sweet peppers, carrot sticks, and celery sticks.
  • Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk cream cheese until smooth. Whisk in sour cream, ranch dressing mix, Pace® Mild Chunky Salsa, and  8 tablespoons (1/2 cup) of the Pace® Cilantro Jalapeño Lime Signature Sauce until smooth and combined. Refrigerate until flavors meld and dip thickens slightly, about 1 hour.

  • Step 2

Meanwhile, stir together crushed tortilla chips, oil, chili-lime seasoning, and remaining 1 tablespoon Cilantro Jalapeño Lime Sauce in a medium bowl until chips are evenly coated. Transfer chip mixture to a medium nonstick skillet. Cook over medium-low, stirring often, until crispy and lightly toasted, about 6 minutes. Remove from heat and cool completely in skillet, about 15 minutes.

  • Step 3

Transfer dip to a large shallow serving bowl. Top with seasoned tortilla chips and cilantro.
