What a great idea for breakfast or brunch! Everyone loves this combination of fried eggs, refried beans, and salsa...especially when topped with guacamole and sour cream.

Ingredients

  • 4 tostada shell, warmed
  • 2/3 cup refried beans, heated
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 egg
  • 1/4 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup guacamole

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Divide the tostadas among 4 serving plates. Spread the beans on the tostadas.

  • Step 2

    Heat the butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat.  Add the eggs and cook sunny side up. Top the tostadas with the eggs, salsa, sour cream and guacamole.
