Simply Spicy Grilled Chicken
My family didn't care much for the rice. I probably wouldn't make that again. Would try different BBQ sauces to change up the flavor a bit, but we really liked the chicken!
It's done quickly, it was tasty and healthy. A great dish I will make again!
Remaining picante sauce was great on grilled brats and buns
