Ingredients

  • 2 fully baked pizza crusts (12-inch each)
  • 1 pound 90% extra lean ground beef
  • 1 large onion, finely diced (about 1 cup), divided
  • 1 jar (14.5 ounces) Prego® Cheesy Bacon Cheddar Cheese Sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup diced dill pickle
  • 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce (optional)

Instructions

  • Tips

    • Add more pickle flavor by stirring 2 tablespoons pickle brine in with the sauce.
  • Step 1

Preheat oven to 450°F. Bake pizza crusts directly on rack 5 minutes until slightly toasted.

  • Step 2

Meanwhile, cook the beef and ½ cup onion in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 3

Stir the sauce in the skillet and heat over medium heat to a simmer. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Step 4

Spread beef mixture evenly over pizza crusts. Top each with ¾ cup cheese. Bake directly on rack 8-10 minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese is melted.

  • Step 5

Top with lettuce, tomato, pickles and remaining onion.
