In a pinch for dinner? Hot cooked spaghetti combines with frozen peas and carrots, Alfredo sauce, turkey and Parmesan cheese for a simple but delicious dish that's perfect for busy weeknights. Try it this week, you will enjoy the results!


  • 8 ounces (1/2 of a 1-pound package) uncooked spaghetti
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
  • 1 jar (14.5 ounces) Prego® Homestyle Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 can (9.75 ounces) Swanson® White Premium Turkey in Water, drained
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


  • Step 1

    Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions in a 4-quart saucepan.  Drain the spaghetti well in a colander.  Return the spaghetti to the saucepan.

  • Step 2

    Add the peas and carrots, sauce and turkey to the saucepan and heat over medium heat for 3 minutes or until the mixture is hot, stirring occasionally.  Season to taste.  Sprinkle with the cheese.
