We love mocktails like this Strawberry Cucumber Fizz because we can enjoy them anytime!  Great for brunch, lunch or dinner, this fizz has the perfect mix of sweet and spicy.  Muddle strawberries and cucumber with peppercorns for a flavorful base (make sure you crack the peppercorns as you muddle to release the peppery heat).  Then stir in sparkling strawberry kiwi V8 and ginger beer for even more flavor and fizz, then finish with fresh lemon juice.  It's a combination that turns on-hand ingredients into something special, so feel free to treat yourself to this Strawberry Cucumber Fizz!


  • 2 slices English cucumber
  • 2 strawberries, hulled
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • 1 can (11.5 ounces) V8 +Energy® Sparkling Strawberry Kiwi, chilled
  • 1/2 cup ginger beer, chilled
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice


  • Step 1

    Place the cucumber, strawberries and peppercorns into a cocktail shaker.  Using a muddler or the back end of a wooden spoon, muddle the strawberries, cucumber and peppercorns (crush against the side of the shaker to release flavor).

  • Step 2

    Add the V8, ginger beer and lemon juice to the shaker and mix to combine.

  • Step 3

    Fill 2 glasses with ice.  Strain the mixture into the glasses.  Garnish with additional strawberries or cucumber slices, if desired.
