Easy Chipotle Beef Chili is a weeknight-friendly chili that delivers smoky heat and hearty comfort in under 45 minutes. Made with savory ground beef, sautéed onions and green bell pepper, and simmered in rich Pace® Chipotle Picante Sauce, this chili gets extra depth from black beans, sweet corn, and beef broth. It’s a one-pot, no-fuss recipe with a balanced kick—perfect for busy nights, casual gatherings, or game day. Finish it with classic toppings like shredded cheddar, sour cream and fresh cilantro.
Step 1
Heat the oil in a 6-quart saucepot over medium-high heat. Add the onions and peppers and season with salt and pepper if desired. Cook vegetables 3 minutes or until the onions are softened, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Add the beef to the saucepot and cook until browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
Step 3
Stir in picante sauce and broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in beans, corn and additional broth, if needed and simmer 1 minute or until heated through. Garnish, if desired, with your favorite chili toppings. We like shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream and cilantro.
