Step 1
Stir the picante sauce, mayonnaise, cilantro and cumin in a large bowl.
Step 2
Add the pasta, pepper, onion and shrimp and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours. Stir in the tomatoes.
San Antonio Shrimp & Shells Salad
This is one of my favorites! I usually leave out the tomatoes and reduce the cumin to 1/4 tsp. It gives me lunch for a few days and everyone I've made it for loves it.
Very good recipe. I cut the recipe in half as I made it for one. I sent it to my daughter, as she loves shrimp. I will make it again but next time may omit the tomatoes.
