As good as your favorite restaurant, these pork chops are browned then finished in prepared Italian sauce and served over ziti...they're easy and exquisite!
cost per recipe: $6.35
Step 1
Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chops and cook until they're well browned on both sides. Remove the chops from the skillet and set aside. Pour off any fat.
Step 2
Stir the Italian sauce in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Return the chops to the skillet. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the chops are cooked through, stirring occasionally. Serve the chops and sauce with the ziti.

Italian-Style Skillet Pork Chops
"This recipe is a keeper, DELICIOUS!! I added some fresh garlic and served it with pasta. You can't go wrong with this recipe.
Use the extra sauce over the macaroni and you've got a great meal.
I used olive oil in place of the vegetable oil. I put 4-5 cloves of fresh garlic in the oil. I browned the chops and sauteed the fresh mushrooms before adding the sauce. Served it over spaghetti and it was very good!! A keeper in my book!
