Peach Mango & Vanilla Overnight Oats


These overnight oats get their light, sweet flavor from peach mango juice and creamy yogurt. With just 3 ingredients and 5 minutes prep, this simple make-ahead recipe is delicious and healthy – high in fiber and Vitamin C and boasting 12 grams of protein, half of a serving of fruit and half of a serving of vegetables.

Peach Mango & Vanilla Overnight Oats

Prep: 5 minutesChill: 8 hoursMakes: 2 servings (about 1 cup each)

  • cups uncooked old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup Dannon® Light & Fit® Vanilla Greek Nonfat Yogurt or Dannon® Light & Fit® Vanilla Nonfat Yogurt
  • 1 cup V8 V-Fusion® Peach Mango Juice
  • 1Stir the oats, yogurt and juice in a medium bowl. Divide the oat mixture between two small containers with lids (we like 1-pint mason jars so you have room to add toppings later). Close the containers and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
  • 2Stir, then top with fresh fruit and/or nuts, if desired. Enjoy straight out of the containers.
