  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon minced peeled ginger root
  • 4 cups diced cooked potato
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets, cooked
  • 1 cup frozen green peas
  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder, masala or vadouvan


  • Step 1

    Heat a large saucepan over medium heat. Add oil, garlic and ginger and stir.

  • Step 2

    Add potatoes, cauliflower, peas, soup and curry powder and stir. Cook 5 to 8 minutes, stirring often, until hot.

  • Step 3

    Top with chopped fresh cilantro, if desired, and serve.
